A missing 13-year-old eighth-grade Tucson girl has been found alive in Galveston, Texas.
According to Pima County Sheriff's Deputy Jason Ogan, on March 18, 2011, at approximately 1:00 a.m., Ashley Kingsbury and Anthony Jordan were located in Texas. A bank teller in Galveston recognized them and contacted the Pima County Sheriff’s Department. Galveston Police conducted a search and located them together on a local beach.
Ogan said both are in the custody of the Galveston PD. Charges are pending and the investigation continues.
Ashley Kingsbury, 13, was last seen on March 14 at the 13400 block of East Ace High. She was believed to be traveling with Jordan Anthony, 19, of Pleasant Grove, Utah.
