Crossroads East Master Planned Development

Request: Request by applicant to amend its Development Plan + amend its Planned Community (PC) District zoning for the Crossroads East master planned development consisting of 1000+/- acres located east of N. Scottsdale Road, north + south of the Loop 101 freeway. The Planned Community (PC) zoning for this property currently includes land uses + development standards (as amended) from the Central Business District (C-2), Industrial Park (I-1), Commercial Office (C-0), PCC (Planned Community Center), PRC (Planned Regional Center and Multi-Family Residential (R-5) as comparable zoning districts. Applicant is proposing to amend its Planned Community (PC) District zoning by: 1) adding the land uses and development standards from the Highway Commercial (C-3) District as an additional comparable zoning district; 2) amend the maximum allowable units in this Planned Community (PC) District from the comparable Multi-Family Residential (R-5) District to allow increased density; and 3) amend the stips.
